Non-Discrimination Policy

4 The Fallen is committed to providing a work environment that is free from discrimination and harassment. We believe in treating all individuals with respect and dignity. As such, we prohibit discrimination against any person on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.

We are dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion in all aspects of our organization, including recruitment, hiring, training, promotion, compensation, and all other employment practices. We strive to create a culture where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to contribute to our mission.

Any form of discrimination or harassment, including but not limited to verbal, physical, or visual harassment, will not be tolerated. Board members, officers, volunteers, and participants in our programs are expected to treat each other with courtesy and respect at all times.

Any individual who believes they have been subjected to discrimination or harassment, or who witnesses such behavior, is encouraged to report it immediately to a supervisor, manager, or the designated HR representative. All reports will be promptly and thoroughly investigated, and appropriate action will be taken to address and remedy the situation.

4 The Fallen is committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all members of our community. We believe that by embracing and celebrating our differences, we can better fulfill our mission to support those who have sacrificed for our country.
